We offer FREE U.S. Ground Shipping on all orders over $500. Additionally, we offer FREE U.S. Ground Shipping on your first order regardless of size.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship anywhere in the world where the shipment of vapor products is allowed. Please be advised that many retailers, especially those in Latin America, prefer to use a freight forwarder to get their shiments to their respective countries or regions. EC Supply will glady ship All shipping offers apply only to delivery of your package at a freight forwarder located within the continental U.S. (i.e. Miami)

Our shipping partners include FedEx, UPS, USPS, and DHL.

We offer same-day shipping on all orders placed before 1:00 p.m. PST. If you order over the weekend, please be advised that your order will not ship until Monday.

Important Information

  • USPS is the only carrier that delivers to PO Boxes. All orders shipping to PO Boxes will be automatically adjusted to USPS service.
  • There are certain rural areas for which carriers do not offer certain Express services. Please refer to each carrier’s website for more information.
  • If the shipping service you selected is not available for the delivery address, we will adjust the shipping to a ground service that is available.
  • If a customer makes any changes to the shipping/carrier (such as delivery address changes or contacting the carrier to pick up the package [e.g. FedEx Onsite Pickup Locations], filming claims with carriers for any reason, or tries to get a refund/credit directly through the carrier for delayed shipping, or attempts to obtain a refund or credit), please understand that EC Supply Inc. will not be liable for any mishap that may occur.
  • If you enter an incorrect shipping address online, please notify us immediately so that we can try to correct it before the package leaves our warehouse or so that we may request the address change through the respective carrier. Although we will try our best to correct these issues, we cannot guarantee that the carriers will be able to make these changes. Pease double-check all shipping addresses prior to ordering!
