  • What Shipping Methods Do You Have Available?

    We use USPS for all of our shipments. Free shipping on orders over $750 is only available for the 48 contiguous states. Please contact our sales department for more information.

  • Do You Have a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

    Working with EC Supply Inc. means that you do not have to worry about having a minimum order quantity. We don’t want you to have to worry about unnecessary stock tying up funds that can be used to jump on the next newest product in the market.

  • What Type of Payment Methods Do You Accept?

    We take all major forms of credit cards (Visa/Mastercard/Amex/Discover) as well as checks (for local pick up), wire transfers, Behalf, and Chase QuickPay. We do not charge any credit card processing fees.

  • Do You Have a Warranty or Exchange Program?

    Yes we do! We honor the warranty programs of all our manufacturers. We don’t want you to have to worry about the hassle of contacting a manufacturer to exchange a defective product your customer has returned so we do it for you. Please refer to our warranty program or contact us for more information.

  • Do You Accept Returns on Your Products?

    Unfortunately, due to manufacturer restrictions, all sales must be final. We only accept returns on products that have a manufacturer defect. Please see our warranty program for more information.

  • Your Prices Are Too Good to be True. How Do We Make Sure Your Products are Authentic?

    We only purchase our products from the manufacturer or from authorized distributors. By visiting the manufacturers in China ourselves, we continue to forge strong relationships that allow us to provide the lowest prices in the industry. Additionally, most manufacturers provide a scratch off authenticity on the product to prevent fradulent products from entering the market.
