Do You Have a Warranty or Exchange Program?

Yes we do! We honor the warranty programs of most major manufacturers. All you have to do is visit us at http://ecsupplyinc.com/returns-and-exchanges to start the process and we can either exchange or credit you the cost of the product. Please refer to our warranty service policy for more information. ALL BATTERY AND CHARGER SALES ARE FINAL.

Do You Accept Returns on Your Products?

Unfortunately, due to manufacturer restrictions, all sales must be final. We only accept returns on products that have a manufacturer defect. Please see our warranty service policy for more information.

Warranty Service Policy

EC Supply Inc. does not allow any returns, but does provide our customers with warranty service exchanges on manufacturer defective products within a 45-day warranty service period when purchased from EC Supply Inc. Below are guidelines for additional manufacturer warranty:

The “45-day Warranty” begins the day the package is received by the customer according to our tracking information. The customer is responsible for shipping items to EC Supply Inc. Shipping cost incurred are non-refundable and/or creditable. Warranty service claims remain valid for 15 days. If not received within the time period, the claim will then be canceled.

Here's the procedure:

  1. If you notice a manufacturer defect in a product, please click here for a link to submit a warranty service claim.
  2. Sales order numbers must be provided.
  3. Since we are not the manufacturer, all original packaging and its contents must be provided for Warranty Service.
  4. Documentation of the manufacturer defect must be provided with photos or video prior to authorization of return. (This is requirement from the manufacturer)
  5. Once approved for return, a return merchandise authorization (RMA) form will then be provided to you, which must be printed, signed, and included in your package. You will then receive information on how to ship it back to us. If no RMA is initiated, the package will be returned to sender.
  6. Returns will not be accepted if ANY of the requirements are not met.
  7. Please ensure that the RMA number is clearly visible on the package. For safety and security reasons, any package without a clearly stated RMA number will be returned to sender.
  8. Once we receive the item, we will test it for defects. All reported defects must be replicated by EC Supply Inc. product specialists to be considered a manufacturer defect.
  9. If no replicated manufacturer defect is found, we will notify you within 72 hours and the device will be sent back to you.
  10. If a manufacturer defect is found, a same replacement device will be issued if item is in stock or store credit will be issued. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.

Due to manufacturer constraints, EC Supply Inc. only accepts warranty service claims within warranty the 45-day period for the following brands:

  • Aspire
  • Innokin
  • Joyetech
  • Kangertech
  • Lost Vape
  • SMOKtech
  • The Council of Vapor
  • Wismec
  • Sigelei (please read Sigelei Warranty Information below)

 

Innokin Warranty Information

Innokin Technology provides a three month after-sales service warranty to all of its authorized vendors. Innokin’s warranty does not apply to products purchased through third-party vendors.

Aspire Warranty Information

Aspire only provides refunds or exchanges on DOA products. For more information on exchanges and returns please email: [email protected].

Please note that due to manufacturer restraints, we cannot offer returns on batteries.

Smok I-Priv Warranty Disclaimer

If the voice command function does not work but the device itself works (turns on, fires, etc.), then it is not considered a defective product and we will not be able to offer any warranty or exchange service due to faulty voice command function.

Sigelei Warranty Information

Warrany service claims on Sigelei products only apply to current, in-stock Sigelei products and must be available to purchase on our website at the time of warranty service request. 

 Lost Vape Information

Lost Vape Warranty Information

We accept warranty and service claims on Lost Vape products except for those which include the Evolv DNA Chipset (please see below). This includes the Lost Vape Orion.

EVOLV/DNA Chipset

EC Supply Inc. cannot accept any returns/exchange/warranty claims on products that use the DNA chipset manufactured by Evolv.  All Lost Vape product after-sale service is handled by Evolv LLC directly. Please visit evolvapor.com for more information.

Warranty Service will be authorized for products purchased and received from EC Supply Inc. within the past 45 days.

What is not covered by EC Supply Inc. Warranty Service?

  • Warranty does not cover e-juice, coils, batteries, chargers, drip tips or any accessories that come with the product
  • Product failure or damage caused by improper use or unauthorized repair
  • Product failure or damage as a result of excessive force, dropping, or abuse
  • Product failure of damage as a result of water, fire, or e-juice damage
  • Product failure or damage as a result of use outside of recommended operating conditions (Please refer to user manual for operating instructions)
  • Product failure or damage due to user negligence
  • Defects caused by normal wear and tear due to normal aging of product
  • Incomplete product (Product must be complete to be eligible for warranty service; i.e: product is sold as a kit)

 

If no manufacturer defect is found or warranty is voided due the aforementioned conditions, your product may be ineligible for warranty service and be returned to you.

EC Supply Inc. reserves the right of final decision in all warranty service claims.
